Barbie Fashion Fairytale.  Made for my daughters 4th birthday.  The Eiffle tower is made of royal icing, the barbie is made of cake and the dog is made from modeling chocolate.

I was asked to make a minnie mouse cake for a little girl named Sadie, who was turning 3.  I found a cake similar to this on pinterest and used the idea and it turned out so cute.  Happy Birthday Sadie.

 Ruffle cakes are really popular these days.  I've always wanted to try one and I got the chance to do it for a birthday celebration.  I love this technique and will be doing it again.

21st Funky Birthday Cake

My little Sister turned 21 last year so I wanted to create a cake that fits her personality; cute, sassy and funky.  

Pirate Birthday Party at the Aquarium

This was a fun cake to make.  This cake was made for my nephew Owen, who was having a pirate birthday at the aquarium. The octopus is entirely made from cake except for the legs which are fondant.  All the little fish, clams, treasure box is made from modeling chocolate.  The coral is colored sugar and the sand is graham crackers and brown sugar mixed.

Wedding Cake

 I made it for my sisters wedding and it turned out unique and beautiful.  The flowers on top are real and I made the the orange flower on the front from silk and ribbon.

Ice cream birthday party, it was in August so it was hot it's made to look like the ice cream is melting with the chocolate ganache on top.
